In this exclusive interview, Commercial Integrator speaks to leaders from LinkLab and Autora to learn about their exciting offerings. LinkLab is, of course, the official rebrand of the entire portfolio of service offerings from Exertis Almo. Autora, meanwhile, is a digital signage management platform within the LinkLab portfolio.

According to Cory Allen, vice president of services, LinkLab, many of the CMSes in the market today are designed and built around the needs of the end user. “Our intentional focus at Exertis Almo has always been the integrator,” he declares. That’s why LinkLab wanted to get behind a CMS and a content creation approach that would not be overwhelming for integrators to wrap their heads around. “So,” Allen continues, “what we wanted to do was really bring this platform to fruition for the integrator and build in the support to allow them to engage with us in the way that is actually going to generate good outcomes for them and their customers.”

Integrators Love Autora Platform, LinkLab Offerings

The integrator feedback at recent Exertis Almo E4 events has been fantastic, with integrators expressing that the Autora platform truly seems catered to them.

Chase Natoli, executive vice president of technical sales, Autora, adds, “We definitely have been very intentional about the way we approach things to be able to provide that support and make sure that integrators feel confident and comfortable going in, and knowing that they’re going to have good product to back what they’re saying, and a team that’s going to be there to support them and offer the content.”

Later in the conversation, Allen and Natoli touch on the following topics

  • Developing a consultative approach leveraging digital signage and content
  • Cultivating “stickiness” that will enable integrators to continue client conversations
  • How LinkLab seeks to identify integrator pain points and be directly responsive to them.
