Serving as a subcontractor for RK Electric, Logic Integration helped design and implement an advanced and user-friendly audiovisual (AV) system for the communal spaces of the One Seven building. The client’s primary requirement was to provide a convenient solution for residents to play music, watch TV and adjust the volume in various areas, such as the gym, yoga studio, club room and pool deck.

The main challenge was to create a system that was versatile enough to cater to a variety of activities, from relaxing background music for unwinding to high-energy sounds for workouts, all while maintaining high sound quality and ease of use.
To address these needs, Logic Integration installed custom-programmed Crestron touch panels in each communal space. According to the integrator, the touch panels had an intuitive interface, making it easy for residents to control the AV systems. The seamless control provided by these touch panels meant that residents could effortlessly adjust settings to suit their activities. - Araknis Networks Switches: Selected high-performance Araknis Networks gigabit switches (AN-210-SW-R-16-POE and AN-310-SW-R-24) for their reliability and performance. - WattBox Power Management: To maintain system integrity and longevity, the team employed WattBox uninterruptible power supplies and power conditioners. These components provided clean, reliable power, protecting the AV system from power fluctuations and ensuring continuous operation.
- Sonos Streaming Component: The inclusion of the Sonos Port added versatile streaming options to the system, catering to the diverse tastes of the residents.
