The much-anticipated Commercial Integrator 2025 BEST Awards are officially accepting submissions! This prestigious award program celebrates the most innovative new products, solutions and services that elevate commercial integrators’ success and profitability.
Winners will be announced during InfoComm 2025, featured prominently on CommercialIntegrator.com and spotlighted in the August issue of CI+SSI. Building on the success of the 2024 BEST Awards, this year’s program promises to continue the tradition of excellence within the commercial AV community.
How to Submit for Commercial Integrator’s 2025 BEST Awards
To get started, visit the submission portal and complete your application for the 2025 BEST Awards before the deadline. Ensure your entry includes the following mandatory details:
- Product MSRP and launch date
- Description of design and technological innovation (200 words or less)
- Three key product features (100 words or less)
- Benefits provided to integrators (100 words or less)
- Product promotional description for online and print use (50 words or less)
- High-quality product photos (minimum one required, up to ten allowed)
- Company logo file
- Product specification sheet and link to more information
Key Deadlines
- Early-Bird Deadline: April 17, 2025, 11:59 PM EST ($597 per product entry)
- Regular Deadline: May 16, 2025, 11:59 PM EST ($697 per product entry, with a discount for bulk entries)

Commercial Integrator’s 2025 BEST Awards: Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2025 BEST Awards, your product must meet the following criteria:
- Must have either shipped in the 12 months before May 16, 2025, OR be scheduled to ship in the six months after.
- Must demonstrate clear innovation, competitive advantages and installer-focused benefits.
This program is open to manufacturers, distributors, service providers, programming companies and any other solution provider in the AV industry.
Judging Criteria
An unbiased judging panel of credible industry leaders, along with the editors of Commercial Integrator, will consider all aspects involved, such as innovation, functionality, competitive advantages and benefits to the installer.
