HireSparks Hires a Familiar Face
The industry’s executive search firm has brought on a new VP of Recruiting who you may be familiar with.
Jeff Ashachik, a well-known figure in the industry and former Director of Training and Technology at Crestron Electronics and Certified Crestron Master Platinum Programmer, has over 20 years’ experience in the technology and Pro AV services industry, starting in military defense with the design, test and troubleshooting of complex weapon systems for the F/A18, F/A14 and AV8-B military aircraft.
Positions held there over more than 15 years at Crestron range from being a Technical Application Engineer, Online Help CRM developer, and Instructor, to Director of Training and one of their few Platinum Certified Crestron Programmers.
Moving on to a top AV Integrator, Cenero in 2018 as their Director of AV Managed Services to build and grow their Services Business.
Jeff is now sharing his vast knowledge of audio visual technology, best practices in service and decades of professional experience with his team at HireSparks and their clients.
Atlona’s Sales Leadership Changes in Great Lakes Region
Amy Hacker joins as Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes Region, effective immediately. Reporting to CEO Ilya Khayn, Amy will focus on driving commercial AV business in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia and western Pennsylvania.
Amy joins Atlona from Panduit, with a successful track record in several product management and business strategy roles.
In her most recent position as Commercial Strategy and Enablement Manager, Amy worked closely with the Atlona team to lead sales integration efforts, strategy planning, and business development goals between the two brands.
She has beenintimately familiar with Atlona since before Panduit’s acquisition of the company in January, when she was actively involved in researching AV manufacturers for possible purchase.
She has since become tightly integrated with the broader Atlona team, and has built a deep understand of how Atlona’s AV over IP and circuit-based systems integrate with network, or Layer 1, infrastructure.
