Z-Band, Inc. will be showcasing its new ZIPTV software, a video distribution and content management solution, and its ZIP232 Controller, an affordable RS232 serial control system for televisions, at booth #N1747 at the InfoComm show.
Jacque Brissette, president of Z-Band, took the time to talk to CI about what the company has planned for integrators visiting its booth at InfoComm 2016, June 8-10 in Las Vegas.
If we learn about only one product innovation in your InfoComm 2016 booth, what should it be?
The ZIPTV Player/Portal. This is our desktop viewing and management interface for IP video streaming over a user’s enterprise. The ZIPTV software is easy use, highly scalable and cost competitive. Key features include content control, AES 128/256 encryption, mosaic views, and local recording. The software also has a plethora of add-ons such as digital signage, analytics, and mobile viewing just to name a few.

The ZIP232 Controller. This is Z-Band’s affordable RS232 serial control system for televisions. The ZIP232 has a web based browser interface and will allow customers to control individual or grouped TV’s remotely. Functionality includes on/off, volume level, channel and input control. In addition, the software allows for scheduling of the control functions among other key features.
