Hall Technologies unveiled the HSM-44-UHD 4×4 matrix video switcher. The company announced that the product is ideal for use with multimedia presentation, digital signage, and conference room applications.
Per a statement, the newly released HSM-44-UHD adds an easy to operate and install economical solution to Hall’s existing line of matrix video switchers.
“The HSM-44-UHD true matrix switcher rounds out our portfolio with a more economical and streamlined product that supports HDMI resolutions up to 4K @ 60Hz4:4:4 in a small 1-RU package,” added Ken Eagle, Hall Technologies’ vice president of technology.
The HSM-44-UHD was developed with corporate boardrooms and breakout rooms in mind in order to create a fluid interactive method of presenting, according to Eagle.

The HSM-44-UHD also supports HDCP 2.2 and 1.4, 3D, deep-color and PCM, Dolby, DTS and HD audio standards.

Users can save and recall multiple matrix routing configuration presets from the easy-to-use front LCD panel display. EDID is also automatically calculated based on each of the connected sinks.
Hall Technologies acknowledged in a statement that the HSM-44-UHD is now available for shipping.
