Earlier this month, Dan Ferrisi, editor-in-chief of Commercial Integrator, caught up with Theo Pantely, channel program specialist at Jabra, to allow him to speak expansively on this subject. The video below is their complete interview.
During the conversation, Pantely shares his thoughts on what a Quest for Quality Award means to Jabra. However, he also takes time to really explore the virtues of Jabra’s updated and redesigned partner portal, which was envisaged as a simple, easily navigable “one-stop shop” where partners could come in and find what they need effortlessly. From Pantely’s perspective, the fact that partners can log into the portal, gather the information they require and get out adds a level of ease to their workflow. This, he says, is why Jabra earned the Quest for Quality Award. He also touches on key user-personalization aspects, which further enhance the portal’s utility.
