KanexPro says its new MMS Series of modular matrix switchers can solve video distribution challenges in control centers, smart lecture halls, health care applications, government facilities and residential environments – pretty much anywhere 4K UHD signal distribution and audio is critical.
The new products are customizable from 8×8 to 64×64 modular switching, offer 4K UHD resolution via HDMI and HDBaseT and feature advanced HDCP and EDID management, according to KanexPro.
The MMS Series includes:
KanexPro HDMMX88A-4K —An eight input by eight output modular matrix switcher chassis with two input slots and two output slots; each modular input or output card supports up to four device connections.
KanexPro HDMMX1616-4K —A 16 input by 16 output modular matrix switcher chassis with four input slots and four output slots; each modular input or output card supports up to four device connections.
KanexPro HDMMX3232-4K—A 32 input by 32 output modular matrix switcher chassis with eight input slots and eight output slots; each modular input or output card supports up to eight device connections.
KanexPro HDMMX6464-4K—A 64 input by 64 output modular matrix switcher chassis with 16 input slots and 16 output slots; each modular input or output card supports up to 16 device connections.
As an add-on to each of the four unit’s front panel controls, they can be controlled via IR, RS232, or TCP/IP connections.
