The Stopper Find some way of getting your inactive customer’s attention. A great way to get their attention is to send them a gift, novelty item or special package of some sort. Frankly, this strategy is designed to guilt the decision maker into talking to you by creating a sense of reciprocity. The key to a great “stopper gift” is making sure the package is delivered when the prospect is sure to be there. The sender should be notified when the package arrives so they can follow up with a phone call and re-establish a conversation.
