C2G TruLink HDMI over Cat 5: Compatible with any operating system, C2G says the solution can extend HDMI signals up to 300 feet. Furthermore, the company says the solution utilizes HDBaseT technology and provides digital connectivity options that can be combined with existing analog solutions such as VGA, VGA + 3.5mm audio, and VGA + 3.5mm audio + RS-232 for installations where both analog and digital signals are required. According to C2G, the extender is ideal for situations where an HDMI monitor needs to be placed further than the average 10-meter HDMI cable limitation.
