Las Vegas, the site of InfoComm 2012, was a good place for LG Electronics to unveil its 47-inch WX50MF outdoor display which is designed to stand up to extreme heat and is touted as a great solution for menu boards at quick-serve restaurants. The 47WX50MF Outdoor Display features “Shine Out” display technology and In Plane Switching (IPS) panel technology, which helps ensure accurate color saturation and contrast at wide-angle viewing. LG’s display technology provides a temperature tolerance of up to 230 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has a built-in media player for content distribution.
